Every order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our products ship directly from our logistics partners' warehouses, which lets us offer fair prices year-round.
Average delivery time: 5 to 9 business days for mainland France and most European countries. In rare cases (customs, high demand), it can take up to 15 business days.
